Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 24 small squares.
3. Press each square into a muffin cup to form a small tart shell.
4. Place a cube of Brie cheese in each pastry cup.

• 1/2 cup canned or frozen spinach, drained and chopped
• 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin. 2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 24 squares.
