Classic BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

2 racks of pork ribs

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

(optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup BBQ sauce


Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

Combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create a dry rub.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.

Wrap the ribs in foil and grill for 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove from foil, brush with BBQ sauce, and place back on the grill for 10–15 minutes to caramelize.


Grilled BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken thighs and drumsticks

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

2 tablespoons oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Rub the chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill chicken for 25–30 minutes, turning every few minutes.

Brush BBQ sauce on the chicken during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

1 red bell pepper (sliced)

1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)

1 red onion (quartered)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper


Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Toss the vegetables in olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the vegetables on skewers or a grill basket.

Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly charred.


Juicy BBQ Burgers

1 pound ground beef (80/20)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 burger buns

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Mix the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.


Grill burgers for 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Brush with BBQ sauce on the last flip and add cheese if desired.

Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.


BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

3 pounds pork shoulder

1 tablespoon smoked

paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 cup BBQ sauce

6 sandwich buns


Instructions

Preheat your smoker to 225°F o r use indirect heat on a grill.

Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Smoke for 6–8 hours or until the pork easily pulls apart.

Shred the pork and toss with BBQ sauce.

Serve on buns with coleslaw if desired.


Grilled Pineapple with Honey Glaze

Ingredients

1 fresh pineapple

(peeled, cored, and sliced)

3 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Mix honey, lime juice, and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Brush the pineapple slices with the honey glaze.

Grill pineapple for 3–4 minutes per side or until caramelized.
