This recipe makes about 8 servings, so it’s great for sharing. You can also adjust the sweetness and spice levels to suit your taste. Perfect for cozy mornings or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients:

6 cups of strong brewed coffee (hot or cold)

4 cups of whole milk (or your preferred milk alternative)

1 cup of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

1/2 cup of granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

For Topping:

Whipped cream

Ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Caramel drizzle (optional)

Instructions:

1. Combine Ingredients: In your slow cooker, whisk together the coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until well combined.

2. Cook: Set your slow cooker to low heat and let the mixture cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent the pumpkin from settling at the bottom.

3. Optional Creaminess: About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream for a richer texture.

4. Serve: Ladle the pumpkin latte into mugs. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, and a drizzle of caramel if desired.

5. Enjoy: Sip and savor the warm, spiced flavors of fall
